Look after your staff

During a recent interview, Heather Jones from Pilbara Heavy Haulage Girls was asked the question about road transport and work-life balance, and she gave this answer that we thought worthy of a ‘short clip’ video.

The general message was surrounding employers looking after their drivers to retain more staff and promote better loyalty across the board.

Recruiting and training staff is a very costly exercise so staff retention, whilst being a good indication of a good employer, also helps with the overall bottom line of the company.
