Driving while tired or fatigued is dangerous and is often referred to as drowsy driving and could even lead to having a microsleep. Drowsy driving is generally caused by not getting enough sleep.
A big part of being a truck driver is managing your fatigue or tiredness, and another big part is being able to recognise the signs before it is too late.
Sadly, too many try to push through.
